Each chair is carefully wrapped at our Chester workshop to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. While we process orders quickly (1-2 days), international shipping times vary. Premium chairs are worth the wait!

Yes! Both shipping options include tracking. You’ll receive updates via email as your distinctive seating makes its journey from our Brook Street address to your home.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. If your armless chair, club chair, rocking chair or any other piece isn’t perfect, simply email [email protected] to begin the easy return process. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
