Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Due to their delicate nature, custom or handmade wicker chairs cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. All rocking chairs must be returned with their original protective packaging for movement-sensitive components.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Our Chester-based team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label or your preferred carrier (returns shipped independently must include tracking).
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/damaged items: Free return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees non-refundable)
  • Exchanges: Free outbound shipping for the replacement item

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days).

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your item for another from our collection of armless chairs, benches, club chairs, or other seating. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may request the return of the original item.
