Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chairly Shop purchase. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures resolution with minimal fuss.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Exceptions:
Due to their delicate nature, custom or handmade wicker chairs cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
All rocking chairs must be returned with their original protective packaging for movement-sensitive components.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Our Chester-based team will respond within 24 hours with instructions and a prepaid label if applicable
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the item back using the provided label or your preferred carrier (independent returns must include tracking)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty/damaged items: Free return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees non-refundable)
- Exchanges: Free outbound shipping for the replacement item
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 3-10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for another from our collection (subject to availability). If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may request return of the original item.
